Email security with
JULIA closed Communication (JcC)
Closed communication has to make sure that only required communication partners are accepted. All other emails should be sorted out by the filter function. You can enable this by limiting your entire email communication to signed emails with valid certificates. All unsigned or invalid signed emails will be dropped. Furthermore you have to ensure that every authorized communication partner is provided with a valid certificate.
In order to keep the risk of denial-of-service attacks to a minimum, at closed communication you neither can use certificates with the help of CRLs nor are able to verify them with OCSP responders. The trust level of a certificate has to be verified by JULIA closed Communication (JcC) with system-own tools. This way external denial-of-service attacks as a result of overloaded verification routines are precluded.
