JULIA MailOffice is equipped with several functions that are not absolutely necessary for processing with documents classified as confidential. However such additional functions could be just another source of any weak spot or point of attack on the entire system. Therefore the edition JULIA robust Communication of JULIA MailOffice contains only the essential features for processing with trusted communication.

In order to reduce the time for evaluation, maintenance and possible future re-evaluations of the robust Communication edition of JULIA MailOffice to a minimum the number of compatible OS platforms has been limited to one.

We assume that the trusted and not-trusted emails are cryptographically processed by a separate routine. That means when a company has sent emails of both categories JULIA MailOffice - robust Communication edition and JULIA MailOffice "standard" edition will be involved.
